Once we arrived in Colorado, it was time to celebrate Christmas with my family. Ardell and Grandma Franson came down from Denver to open presents with us. Unfortunately, George was not feeling well and could not make it down.


Jet-lag held at bay, we really enjoyed relaxing with family. I enjoyed being so far away from the work place.



Dad was having a good time...and Grandma was evidently quite good the past year, because she had quite a few presents.











I, with some artistic direction from Carola, made my mom a photobook of our wedding events in 2009. She was happily surprised.
